Prenatal & Pregnancy Care
Pregnancy is a time of tremendous change, excitement, and unknowns. Whether you’re looking for prenatal acupuncture and massage to support your body and mind or are seeking childbirth education and physiotherapy to empower yourself, you’ll find it all in community at the clinic
Postnatal Care
We provide tender care for those living in their fourth trimester, and beyond. Whether your baby is newly born, or walking and exploring the world, we are honoured to meet you wherever you are in this journey and to nurture the innate healing potential within you.
General Wellness & Therapy
We provide services to more than just those on their reproductive journey. Massage therapy, acupuncture, and counselling services are available to everyone regardless of age, sex, body type or life stage. If you’re looking for inclusive support you will find it here — you are welcome here.
