Hello Queens! ! I'm a lifelong learner, dedicated to gaining as much wisdom and knowledge as possible to support families and individuals through pregnancy, birth, and general well-being. If you're seeking a passionate, fun, and caring practitioner, I'm your person. A bit about me: I'm quite extroverted and love adventure. I'm a girly girl who also loves sports. I enjoy longboarding, skiing, trying to surf, and hitting up yoga for balance. I also love photography, shopping and most things sissy, but growing up with 3 sisters and two moms, I was surrounded by women my whole life. To return their love, I give back through the world of massage, birth, and photography.

Sydney’s approach to care

When supporting families, I respect each person's unique differences and meet them where they are.

I begin with education to empower my clients, enabling them to take charge of their health and birth experiences. I firmly believe that "the more we know, the less we fear," especially when it comes to birth. During labor, my primary goal is to create a calm and safe space for my clients to bring new life into the world. Touch, breath, and an encouraging presence are the gifts I bring into the birthing space. In my day-to-day massage practice, I offer a balance of firm pressure in the right places and soothing techniques when the nervous system calls for it. Over the past ten years, my areas of interest have included prenatal conditions such as groin or lower back pain, TMJ dysfunction, headaches, nervous system dysregulation, and the beautiful lymphatic face massage.
